half-half = half RED + half GUESTS
This event provided a selection of inspiring and tasty ingredients
for guests to work with. It was ran as a two-fold workshop.
A preliminary workshop with the RED team provided examples
and inspiration for guests. From the session, we took portraits
of the RED Team and the creations made. These photos
were displayed during the evening, accompanying the tables
of ingredients as invitation for guests to make their own recipe.
